In Thursday’s college basketball action, the WKU Hilltoppers secured a narrow victory over New Mexico State with a final score of 72-70. Khristian Lander played a key role for WKU, leading the team with 19 points.

Looking ahead to this Saturday, the WKU Hilltoppers (13-5/2-2 CUSA) will be in El Paso, TX, facing off against the UTEP Miners (10-8/1-2 CUSA). Live coverage starts at 8:30 pm ET, and the tipoff is set for 9 pm on WTLO AM 1480/97.7 FM.

On Saturday in college basketball, the Kentucky Wildcats (13-3/3-1 SEC) will host the Georgia Bulldogs (13-4/3-1 SEC) at Rupp Arena. Coming off a strong 90-77 win against Mississippi State, the Wildcats are in good form. However, the Bulldogs also secured a victory with a 74-69 win against the South Carolina Gamecocks. Moving to the NFL Divisional playoffs on Saturday, the Houston Texans (10-7) will face the Baltimore Ravens (13-4) at 4:30 pm on ABC, followed by the Green Bay Packers (9-8) taking on the San Francisco 49ers (12-5) at 8:15 pm on FOX.

On Sunday in the NFL, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (9-8) play against the Detroit Lions (12-5) at 3 pm on NBC, and the Kansas City Chiefs (11-6) face the Buffalo Bills (11-6) at 6:30 pm on CBS.
